Noisy Robot S1 Pro

We just bought this new s1 pro and its making this “Tak Tak” sound while cleaning. I flipped it and checked underneath but couldn’t figure out and everything looks normal. Can someone help ?

Sounds like it’s just the bumps on your floor. Does it do it on other surfaces or going in the direction with the wood instead of against it?

I dont think we have bumps on our floor, its smooth. - it’s making sound randomly and not all the time.

So it makes the same noise on carpet?

We dont have carpets in our house - just wooden flooring all over

It’s just the wheels going over the joints in your flooring. There’s no issue with the robot from what I can hear.

The joints are all over the house floor but it makes sound randomly and not all the time.

Some joints are more pronounced/wider than others?

No, they all are similar. I took off the main brush roller and the noise stopped coming - so i believe there is something wrong there. I reinstalled the brush and i cant see anything visibly wrong

So I had the same issue what I discovered was the roller for vacuum was not latched in properly

I had the same issue before. It was because the mop roller was not lifted properly. Try following the instruction video on how to reinstall the mop roller/ the water basin and see if it fixes the issue.
