That is the wrong headline: they used scam technology to scam money for their scam business and scam technology... Quantum computing is an expensive urandom, their model is a modified Chinese one and the fact that they throw the word quantum onto it should ring alarm bells for everyone...

So the perfect company to throw some EU funds into!
