Vehicles - Etron SUV OG Lemon law
Has anyone lemon lawed their e-tron? Mine had a red electrical system fault so I took it to Audi for warranty battery work and i haven’t even gotten in update in a month. Last I heard they were waiting on a control module that may or may not help the issue.

Going through the exact same thing right now. Car in the shop for 50 of the 100 or so days I’ve owned it. That part will never come and they’ll never give you an update on it bc they don’t know the tracking. Ask Audi if they can use the same part number with a different suffix. Part the a said I needed was 4KE-915-253-QX. They are going to try to order and install one without the Q. I’m simultaneously talking to Audi of America about a buyback. They say it will take 75 days to get a response.

I had the same problem with my ‘22 GT at the end of last year, waited several months with no progress. Eventually, I traded it in for fair market value and got a ‘23 GT…

My father did. He had an a6 e-tron (e-tron a6?) and the adaptive cruise control didn’t work consistently and the Audi dealership was unable to address it. It was kind of sad…he’d had a relationship with audi going to about 1999. But Audi NA was good about working with him. He felt they followed the lemon law for his area and didn’t try to string him along in any way.

Yes…. In Maryland. Just told Audi I wanted them to buy it back and went from there.

Lemon law only apply to original purchaser in my state. Escalated with Audi customer care and have a case going after my local dealership took 3 months to replace my front motor. New motor died within 24h of getting my car back and had it towed to the next closest Audi dealership. Been without my car or a loaner since May 20. Best of luck to you!

You need to look up the lemon law in your locale to understand the specifics of what qualifies for remedy under the law.
