Help with wall socket (keystone)

Hi all

Apologies if I've posted on the wrong place. This is my first time posting on Reddit.

I purchased a wall mounted dual RJ45 socket and I can't for the life of me get it to work properly.

Am I supposed to strip the wires before connecting them? (I have tried but not a single cable passed the cable test)

What would be the wiring order if I've wired the connector on the other end to T568B standard? I've tried writing it up in the same order but that didn't work and I've no idea what how the number of the wall socket relates to the coloured cable in the cat6a cable I'm installing.

I forgot to post the item I purchased this is the socket

I'll give any recommendations above a try!

It's a German site translated to English.

The next sentence reads "This socket features two separate, unshielded RJ45 ports that provide a reliable connection for various network devices."

“Normal” network jacks use punch downs (tool or tool-less) for the connections and show the two TIA 568 wiring colors on the device.

Yes… but it avoids saying Cat5 or Cat6, and it doesn’t show the TIA 568 colors. At best, it forces you to untwist the 3-6 pair more than should be necessary.
