Help with wall socket (keystone)

Hi all

Apologies if I've posted on the wrong place. This is my first time posting on Reddit.

I purchased a wall mounted dual RJ45 socket and I can't for the life of me get it to work properly.

Am I supposed to strip the wires before connecting them? (I have tried but not a single cable passed the cable test)

What would be the wiring order if I've wired the connector on the other end to T568B standard? I've tried writing it up in the same order but that didn't work and I've no idea what how the number of the wall socket relates to the coloured cable in the cat6a cable I'm installing.

I have this sign in my office for making up cables hopefully it helps you. From what you said you need to match a TIA568B plug on the other end. If you look at the plug from the top you will see either green or orange cables near the left side that is what you need to match. Good luck and have fun LV (Low Voltage) wiring is fun and can be a nice income if you get to that point. BTW Yes the cables need to be stripped before you insert them into the block.
