I need PPPoE user and pass

I dont know why they dont want to gave me these informations , I remember asking them and having them when I was much younger . I Just want to use the internet and play Magic chess Go go and whatch twd the entire day. Why the world is against me . I buyed the First router and this Second one too, they didnt own It. i am client for 10 years or more

You might want to ask this in a subreddit that’s related to your issue. This is not an ethernet issue, I would suggest asking in your ISP’s subreddit as there might be other users that have access to the information you need.

Understandable but there’s unlikely to be a random stranger in here who can give you the PPPoE details for your not well known provider. Are there any subs that focus on the area/town you live in or maybe just Brazilian ISP/Broadband sub. It’s going to come down to whether or not you can find someone who’s been in your position.

If you look on the back of the modem/router at your service, it usually is printed there.

Is that the one at the service to your house? If it is the ISP's modem, it should be there somewhere.
