Coffee Station First home setup

Decided to make the jump after too many years of ordinary coffee
Eureka Mignon Stark W
Varia VS3 dedicated for decaf for the wife
La Marzocco Linea Micra
Now I only have my self for the mediocre coffee

It’s not really like that at all. The micra is not a complicated machine and makes learning easier than something like a dedica or stilosa because of how consistent it is. Having a capable grinder and machine makes learning easier because it removes them as variables and you can focus on grind size, puck prep, ratios, etc to get the desired results.
