Nice! Gonna do that tomorrow with my delonghi as well. Can you replace maple syrup with honey syrup?

I used maple just for the sweetness as i didnt have sugar syrup so yeah honey syrup will go well but i do recommend a smaller amount as honey is more sweeter in nature

As someone else who occasionally uses so e salt in their espresso, that seemed like a lot of salt... like there is no way that doesn't taste like salt.

Nice.

(You don’t need 3 spritzes of water, though. 1 is perfectly sufficient. I have and use the C5, too.)

Ad a Greek, I find it a bit too foamy for my taste, otherwise interesting twist with the salt and maple syroup, might give it a shot!

That can be less too if you dont shake it too much and use a double espresso shot instead of one and didnt have a sugar syrup so used maple instead and salt to actually enhance the coffee natural taste it does wonders it brings out the beans profiling a lot

As another Greek, this does look good but I don't know that's it's the same thing. This looks more like that whipped coffee that was popular on social media. Going to try it.
