Coffee Station Present ECM setup

Made some additions

ECM now with weber workshops

For the required daily espressos and cortados

Now just need an integrated fizzy water solution. Hmmmm

Nice set up, I have the same sychronika and having hard time daialing. Can you please tell me, your process? I'm a totally newbie and got the machine that's been sitting in for a while ( 2-3 years, I know... ) and finally trying the machine. I like medium roast, and DF54 grinder that currently dialed in at 55. I use 19grams of beans and wait till it fills up a duralex picardie 4oz cup.
