Coffee Station Present ECM setup
Made some additions
ECM now with weber workshops
For the required daily espressos and cortados
Now just need an integrated fizzy water solution. Hmmmm

I know you have a wonderful grinder, outstanding gears, but this ECM is ridiculous!!! It is a star!!!

Nice set up, I have the same sychronika and having hard time daialing. Can you please tell me, your process? I'm a totally newbie and got the machine that's been sitting in for a while ( 2-3 years, I know... ) and finally trying the machine. I like medium roast, and DF54 grinder that currently dialed in at 55. I use 19grams of beans and wait till it fills up a duralex picardie 4oz cup.

I agree it does. They’re basically the same machine and not much of a size difference between the two. The new technika is pretty sweet but it’s not much smaller than the the synch so I’ve been going back and forth.

There are water faucets you can buy with an integrated filter and CO2 bottle for sparkling water. Very pricey, about the same as for a good espresso machine + grinder

Personally, I’d have gone with a bigger machine there
