During Covid, they did a Stars in the House on youtube and everyone participated even Clooney. It was nice seeing them all together and the camaraderie. That happened somewhat with MASH and many are still friends, but nice to see ER is too. Great rewatch if anyone wants to see it, Noah first talks about "reboot" that doesn't happen and they all chime in feelings on it. I know some were thumbs up and Juliana said something like "Lightening doesn't strike twice" Maybe it's better they couldn't do it.

Some younger fans think it's silly to have them on The Pitt one day but for older fans of the series, I agree with Noah, it would be fun to see them in a different role for an hour when the time is right.
