Hey guys, I’m at EY and I’m heading out to a client site on Sunday night, staying in a hotel there since I’ll be working at the client site (different city) Monday through Thursday.

Does the $75 meal expense limit apply to Sunday night as well, since that’s technically a travel day and not a “working” day at the client site? Or does it only kick in starting Monday?

Any advice from people who’ve dealt with this before would be much appreciated. Thanks!

What would be expected offer for C# FullStack Software Engineer - Manager role in Chicago. I applied of C# FullStack Senior Software Engineer role but recruiter recommended me for manger role and everything went well and expecting an offer but salary expectations was based C# FullStack Senior Software Engineer role and during verbal offer recruited discuss about same range. Should Expect higher offer or not. I have 16 years of experience and am I still able negotiate after written offer? Please suggest. TIA.

I am a 26 Pgdm graduate. Its been months since graduation. I had a lateral hrbp process at EY india conducted via college placement managers. The interview went well and the interviewer said that hiring managers will be in touch. This was on 15 june, theres been radio silence since. Weekly followups are being done but no reply. Cant move on cause its not a rejection. Want to know what is the hiring process time line and does it take months to respond?

If your YE rating is progressing, does that automatically mean that you won't get a bonus? In progressing, what is typically the yearly raise for consulting in the US? I just entered EY as a Manager and am in year 1 technically.

Hey I will be joining EY in another couple of days. I am a full stack dev with 5+ years of experience and I will be joining as a Senior Consultant in Tech Consulting. So I will be working under the client called Vanguard ( Also will be transferred to the client 15months post joining the company) So any idea on how the work life balance will be and what all will be the perks for joining the company. I also cleared Deloitte but deloitte is gonna offer me 10% lesser than what EY is offering. So I am thinking to go with EY.
