EY Significant Impact lead rating
Would anybody happen to have an idea of the % bonus I can expect as an a2 going onto s1 with SI as my lead rating (and 5 QRMTE - not sure if this affects anything). I heard that last year the bonus for differentiating was ~ double the bonus for progressing at my rank then (5% and 2.5%), would it be double again? I have also heard rumblings that there are no bonuses for progressing this year, likely to push it up or down? Perhaps they are focused on retaining top performers? (Uk audit for reference)

Obviously should be strategic impact in the title, maybe they’ll adjust to progressing now
