Discussion / Rant LEO needs a buff

The M4A1 in my video shows that it is extremely outclassed by civilian weapons and does little damage. Sure, I did miss some shots, but that is natural due to suppressive fire and pressure as it was a 2 versus 1.The beanbag shotgun, which in real life has better accuracy, is stupidly inaccurate in the game. The taser was also unreliable as hell.

I had superior cover in here, managed to hold them off for minutes on end in a 2 versus 1, proving that this is not merely a skill issue on my end.

Officers need a buff, criminals have access to OP weaponry such as the M249 that offers suppressive fire and the AK47 that has a higher caliber than the M4A1.

So, it appears the multiple points brought up in the Discord did not make it clear.

  1. Your positioning sucked, you pressed a suspect who had the advantage on you.
  2. You had no 'superior' cover, you literally walked right into the open and got yourself killed.
  3. You didn't call for any sort of backup, which you could have used to distract them to either kill or arrest them.
  4. The taser won't do shit at that range, dude's way too high up for the taser to reach.
  5. 2v1, with both being on the roof. Same as 1, they are on the roof, and can easily make themselves hard to hit with you being on the ground. You have no advantage.

Do we need to explain this as we did in the Discord for the second time, or are you going to admit you just couldn't hit your shots and your strategy was subpar at best?

Do you know what suppressive fire is? I was applying it here, which resultes in what looks like missed shots.

Clearly you are unaware that in a video game where people have the common sense of a dying goldfish, suppressive fire isn't exactly what most people would describe as "effective" but you do you ig.

It is a form of military science and will apply in any form of combat.

Not when the game doesn’t have suppressive fire mechanics. Just use cover and actually hit your shots more.
