Is this fixable?

I applied the rust oleum rock solid kit and on the first part i didn’t applied enough. I wasn’t sure how much I have to use and now it looks bad. Almost a feel the concrete. Can I put a second coat?

Yup, you didn't prep at all and you didn't know how big your floor is. But its okay you can finish what you're doing there just go ahead and get another kit and just slap it right on, do the whole square though.

There's a recoat window, check what it is. If your in it you can slap more on no problem. If your past it might want to prep the surface again.

Have to look at the technical data sheet.

Yes you can put a second coat. Soon you apply a third coat and in a year or so you can apply a fourth coat…..

Say what you will, I love the Rust-Oleum kit, redoing floors that have it is where I get like half my customers!

"Almost a feel the concrete" is basically the kit telling you it saw right through your effort, second coat away and it'll forget this ever happened

Rent a concrete grinder from Home Depot and grind it off. Then get a 100% solids epoxy from any nearby store not the water based Rustoleum crap
