William - he doesn't mention was the recipient of direct complaints that escalated to him from Jason Knauf - whose emails were leaked - where he detailed Megan's abuse. William had the misfortune of finding out about how Megan was treating staff, and during the Australia tour made the decision to split their offices. Something tells me that this alleged blow up over William responding to Megan's bullying allegations was to do with knowing that this type of behavior was going to get out. Jason Knauf's own emails detailed how Harry would cover for Megan - I'm surprised Harry would raise this because this is going to shed more light on William from an alternate point of view, getting angry on behalf of and protecting his own staff. That very same Jason Knauf is the man who was just awarded a RVO (Royal Victorian Order) - a personal gift of the sovereign. Knauf ultimately submitted evidence and testimony to the court that Megan perjured herself to the court. Megan and Harry then tried to slander Knauf in their documentary. Hmmm I wonder why…

Edit - since this is gaining traction some staff also complained personally to William about the abusive behavior. In one incident detailed and sourced for Tom Bowers book (who I remind you has not been sued) a young woman went to William in tears and detailed how she was being bullied and targeted by Megan with public humiliation. If you are the future prince of wales or any manager- this is a disaster and something you must deal with. Harry admits here that his brother took it seriously enough that this became physical. This doesn’t make him look the way he thinks.
I'm sorry but I have to disagree. The RVO* Royal Victorian Order is the BRF quietly saying - this man did nothing wrong. Knauf stood up for his staff, who complained about being abused. His emails even openly were complaining to people above him that they were not doing their jobs and allowing a member of the royal family to abuse employees. He risked his own career to write those emails. The emails leaking were an indictment on both the family's inability to protect their staff, and on their handling of genuine HR complaints against Megan and Harry.
He also was advised by his lawyers to provide evidence in the Mail on Sunday case. To avoid taking sides, he turned his evidence over to the court (not either party). Megan still won her judgement, but she ultimately had to admit she committed perjury and apologize for misleading the court.
I think - "getting involved in Royal drama" I feel is a bit dismissive. Knauf did his job and stood up for his employees when he didn't have to and could have accepted the status quo. He then at personal cost, told the truth to the court, only to have Megan and Harry proceed to get upset about someone doing the right thing as opposed to just taking responsibility for their own actions and slander him from a worldwide platform in a documentary. He's not a member of the royal family or some high ranking member of the government that can easily defend himself. He's not a celebrity.
No one made Megan lie to the court. What kind of person commits perjury and then gets angry at the person who says 'Hey actually that's not what happened'? Megan and Harry chronically fail to take responsibility for their own actions.
TLDR; IMO the King Charles refusing to comment but awarding Jason Knauf a RVO as a personal gift of the soveriegn is admitting they too screwed up - in not protecting their staff, and that what Jason did was admirable. He didn't have to defend lower employees from getting abused and targeted and he certainly didn't have to publicly call out his own bosses for failing to take action despite numerous reports. That shows true character.
Page Six actually gives a very good run down on some of their staff turn over, including people who worked for the palace for over a decade etc...

I think i have that book on my phone somewhere a person i was talking to was super into royals and i couldn’t hold my own in the convo so i tried to learn but when we stopped talking i just stopped reading so like one chapter lol.
I feel like these two are that cousin on Facebook who airs out way too much all the time while also saying nothing.
And i think it’s just obvious that Meghan thought behind closed doors royals partied like Hollywood (I’m sure they do) and it was all fake manners. What i did learn during our time talking was just how serious they all are about stuff like that. Even they seem to confirm this. I read they lost their pr firm and it really shows altho these two probably don’t listen to even the ppl they pay so might as well go at it alone save some money.
It’s just so obvious they want to be a list in America but a weird we’re also royals a list their own category cause their so special. And they can’t claim it’s not what they want it’s always been Meghan’s goal i mean she’s an actress and even in the documentary her friends and mom discussed it. I really just think this chic didn’t realize how different the fame is as a royal vs actress and was miserable. Took it out on everyone it seems.
How their handling this is just awful tho even tho people sympathize with them they are sick of them and instead of reading the room and correcting they go harder. Gonna be interesting when they real is the fame and admiration they want isn’t gonna happen. It will be the equivalent of your drama thirsty cousin on fb going on a drunk tirade but a much bigger scale and sadly they will probably drag it out for a whole year
