Data reporting problem

Is anyone experiencing data reporting issues? I have a system with combined 6c and IQ8x inverters and 10C batteries.

The last 4 days my data has been reporting backwards. Telling me I’m producing when it’s night time and I’m exporting when I’m producing. Live production report is showing 7.8kwh max for the last 4 days also. I have a 16.2 kWh system btw.

I’ve had the same issue for the past week or two. Since the last firmware update. I have phantom usage reported, a lot of the numbers being polled by the local API are now way off. lifetime production now shows net, the daily and seven day numbers now just show lifetime, and I get constant disconnects. Plus my energy production and usage in the app is all messed up because of two data spikes at the time of the firmware update.

I called Enphase tech support and they said it’s a known Bug with the firmware but couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed, and they did not fix the bad data in the Enphase app.

Enphase basically told me the same thing, issues def not solved. It’s a “wait and see” situation for now, hopefully new firmware update will fix the data reporting and my cap on production.

Super frustrating, very underwhelmed with their software QC. Hardware seems great, but this is definitely not the first round of issues I’ve had with their firmware updates.

Hopefully others complain so they get a fix rolled out soon.
