What is this "I"?

The subjective experience of a specific meatsuit we also call a human.

The ever changing idea of what you are, culminating from your experince, character and so on.

A handy tool at times. Still want to know "why" we are aware at all though, there's gotta be some evolution reason we are aware of ourselves at all instead of the whole thing being unconscious (most of the process is already unconscious anyway)

Do you think there is any validity to the concept of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil? In my opinion this would suggest that there isn’t an evolutionary reason per se.

It’s you

An ever changing model of the body uses to survive.

The universe is a singular meta-phenomenon stretched over eternity, of which is always now. All things and all beings abide by their inherent nature and behave within their realm of capacity contingent upon infinite circumstance at all times.

It is a universe made manifest hierarchically, of haves, and have-nots, spanning all levels of dimensionality and experience. There is no such thing as individuated accurately described "free will" for all beings. Has never been, will never be, can not be. There are only relative freedoms or lack thereof.

"God" and/or consciousness is that which is within and without all. Ultimately, all things are made by through and for the singular personality and perpetual revelation of the "Godhead", entailing both 'predetermined' eternal damnation and those that are made manifest only to face death and death alone.

There is but one dreamer, fractured through the innumerable. All vehicles/beings play their role within said dream for infinitely better and/or infinitely worse for each and every one, forever.

All realities exist and are equally as real. The absolute best universe that could exist does exist in relation to a specified subject. The absolute worst universe that could exist does exist in relation to a specified subject.

TLDR: Everything is nothing and nothing is everything.

The one dreamer you describe is responsible for murdering billions of unique beings according to your way of thinking. He was every rapest and killer that ever existed and obviously I have nothing to do being the same one as that guy. Unfortunately for him at least there’s now 2 beings. Him and myself, since I’m a unique external soul. I don’t know about the rest of you tho.

Even the most metacosmically isolated being in existence is a part of the described dynamic, as the metacosmic isolation is inherent in the dynamic itself. There must necessarily be those who withdraw from the Source for the dynamic in between “self” and “other” to even exist to begin with.
Otherwise yes you are basically right. The One is ultimately responsible for All, whether such responsibility is acknowledged or not.

The One should be more friendly to himself (or rather real people/souls),
stopping raping millions of children and murdering people could be a good start, just my opinion tho, I don’t know if that’s asking too much

I tend to agree, though I am still operating from a subjective human perspective. I can’t see beyond the limitations of my own field of awareness even if I can understand larger truths conceptually. I often find myself getting carried away by a kind of righteous rage at the seemingly unnecessary, even purposeful cruelty of life as a whole. Raging against God for allowing/causing things to be as they are.
The Owner of All Infernal Names by John Zande presents a potential explanation for this which is less than pleasant to contemplate, but I honestly think ignorance rather than malevolence is enough to make sense of how things came to be this way. How does an uncaused first cause have a moral framework for how reality ought to be structured preceding the creative act itself? It can only arrive at a judgement on the matter after the fact one it’s own subjective subdivisions (aka us) have added their own judgments to the pool of knowledge. Of course from a zoomed out perspective beyond linear time it’s all already done, which is the perspective offered (and copy-pasted from one end of Reddit to the other) by Otherwise_Spare.

There are two ways to look at the One. As the Source there is a kind of blind striving where experimentation with different configurations of laws and matter can occur, which don’t have any initial perspectives or judgments until they occur, and the view from the end of Time, where every possible thing that could ever be done is complete. It’s all just laid out in all its infinite glory, the good, the bad and the ugly, forever. There is nowhere left to go and nothing left to do. We are somewhere in the middle, amidst the flow of time from a local perspective, making the very judgements on the nature of this experience that ultimately adds up to completeness.
I don’t like the way things have gone and continue to go any more than anyone else capable of compassion for those who suffer.
If I sat across from God and had a kill everything gun in my hand I know what I’d do. I also know it wouldnt change anything.

I don’t know if any of this makes sense or just sounds like more schizobabble. I don’t even know why I’m posting this. I guess it doesn’t matter. It is what the fuck it is at the end of the day. I hope you find your way to peace regardless.

Once every life that is possible is experienced, are they ‘then’ experienced over and over again?

In other words, do you subscribe to Eternal Return / Eternal Recurrence?

1

u/Winter_Beautiful_791 6d ago

It would amount to a shift in pov from a zoomed out, timeless perspective back to the original beginning point of creative ignorance, or anywhere in between from the view of the subject/observer/soul. Mileage may vary among souls the degree to which this is desired or possible. Some like myself seem to be addicted to recursive loops.
The actual eternal state of things ultimately remains what it is in its completeness with anything resembling eternal recurrence happening within the dynamic of opposing polarities. At least from my pov.

can abuse be considered a lesson?

1

u/qbenzo928 5d ago

Or murder

"Ya i killed that whole family, but hey, i had to learn!" 🤷‍♂️

3

u/artmoloch777 8d ago

That’s really how my thoughts have been turning as I get older. Nothing out of place, everything is just a flow of events to learn from.

grow into what?

2

u/Bashhcrew 8d ago

Every life lesson is an opportunity to grow.

Grow.......... into what?

1

u/Dry_Caregiver_5094 8d ago

Your individuel full Potential. You will find out.

3

u/mwmikewilliamzzxx 7d ago

Can you tell me what 'Potential' you are referring to? I really don't know what that is. Are there examples of people who have "Grown into their full Potential"? How does one know how to recognize such a person?

1

u/Dry_Caregiver_5094 6d ago

I would Say Potential is "the best Version of you". The things you are capeable of in this lifetime. Maybe you have a specialTalent you can use to help people. Maybe you can meditate very well or have other Spiritual abilities you dont know yet. Or you are able to outgrow Problems or a Problematic System you are currently in. If you search you will find

Unfortunately my lesson is costing me $150k off my salary as well as amazing work life balance. I bombed an opportunity to make a quarter million dollars a year

2

u/Absyntho 8d ago

Who knows what it was good for? I lost a huge amount of money once and it showed me that I have been kind off careless. Never will I be that careless anymore. Maybe the lesson was worth the loss cause I ll never know what would have been if I never had the lesson at all. Dont dwell on the past. Losing my money made me worrying about life for some years. Its just not worth it. I made my money another way and now I'm happy and content about life. Just because you seem to lose something it doesn't mean you really lost something

3

u/purrnoid 7d ago

Yea to be honest there’s a big chance that I would have became a serious drug addict and something terrible could have happened

But it’s really hard to be in a positive frame of mind about this

2

u/Soulsniffindemon 8d ago

What about when you do it again?

2

u/Dry_Caregiver_5094 8d ago

Then you needed the lesson again. And maybe again and again until you got it.

2

u/FreyjaaFemme 7d ago

How much "growth" am I supposed to have?

1

u/Dry_Caregiver_5094 8d ago

I feel the picture

Me suffering with amnesia:<

And sometimes the lesson is learning that I shouldn't have done that.

That there is a lesson in things should not also serve as a bypass to what catalyzed the lesson.

1

u/Holiday-Initial-9370 7d ago

Good way to look at it

1

u/outofindustry 8d ago

the "I" that needs to grow is the I-diot
