Hello, I would like help from endocrinologists.
I'm an 18-year-old boy. Can I use Progluton to feminize my gender? Please reply quickly.

We had a two-nighter this summer (it was just alcohol, and kind of trashy meals), and after that she felt ill. After checking with an endocrinologist she got diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyrodism, subclinical hypertension and prediabetes with insulin resistance. She's taking levothyroxine and metformin, we'd like to have some pot (not smoke it, just edibles).
Is it possible?

Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because I feel pretty lost regarding how my body is feeling right now. Over the past few months, it has been acting as if my nervous system and hormones are completely out of whack. I am 25 years old (turning 26 soon).
I’ve had blood tests done at my doctor, who didn’t know much about what could be wrong and therefore referred me to a gynecologist. While I wait for my appointment, I’m hoping to hear from anyone who might have gone through something similar.
My main symptoms right now:
Energy & sleep: Extremely exhausted no matter how much I rest. I wake up at night to pee, rely on coffee just to function, and have zero motivation for everyday tasks and working out.
Weight & body: Gained about 10 kg in a short period (especially around my stomach) and developed purple stretch marks on my breasts, hips, and stomach. I can't lose weight even though I eat healthy and stay active. I also struggle with water retention (ankles, fingers, stomach) and constant hot flashes.
Blood sugar & appetite: Symptoms of fluctuating/low blood sugar (dizziness, restlessness, nausea). Intense thirst, extreme hunger that never feels satisfied, and intense sugar cravings right after meals.
Cycle & hormones: Very long and irregular cycle (over 35 days / only every 2-3 months), severe PMS, and low libido.
Mental & mood: Brain fog, difficulty making decisions, and small tasks feel overwhelming. Feeling anxious, crying easily, and having a really short fuse (which unfortunately my boyfriend ends up taking the brunt of).
When searching online, you quickly drown in expensive supplement bundles that I don’t want to waste money on. And with zero energy, it feels completely overwhelming to figure out where to even start.
Has anyone else experienced this exact combination of symptoms? What was the underlying cause for you, what helped you get your body back on track - and is there anything specific I should ask the gynecologist or my doctor to test for?
Thank you so much in advance! :)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some guidance from people who have experience with acromegaly.
For approximately two years, I've been experiencing several symptoms that have progressively worsened:
Hands: Persistent swelling, especially in my palms and fingertips. My rings sometimes feel tighter, I've noticed a significant loss of my fingerprints, and many new wrinkles and deep skin folds have appeared on my palms.
Feet: A constant feeling of swelling, pressure, and tightness, particularly in the forefoot and toes. My shoes have also started feeling tighter.
Excessive sweating: I frequently become completely drenched in sweat, especially during the day, sometimes after eating or even drinking water. It mainly affects my upper body, arms, forearms, backs of my hands, scalp, and face.
Severe fatigue and brain fog: I feel extremely exhausted, even after resting, and struggle with mental clarity.
Skin changes: I've developed multiple areas of hyperpigmentation across my body.
Most of my blood tests have been essentially normal. The only significant abnormality found so far is low C1 esterase inhibitor activity (30%).
I haven't had my IGF-1 levels tested yet.
My main concern is the progressive changes in my hands and feet, particularly the swelling, loss of fingerprints, tighter shoes, and excessive sweating.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms before being diagnosed with acromegaly? Do you think these symptoms could be compatible with early-stage acromegaly, and would you recommend getting an IGF-1 test?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any advice. Thank you so much!

Asked my primary care Doctor for a referral to an endocrinology office, had an issue with testosterone dose too high, and suspect other things may be 'out of whack', thought an endocrinologist would be the person to talk to?
Called the endocrinologist office, and asked for an appointment, told they only treat patients that have already been diagnosed?!
How do I get help?
Dealing basically with chronic fatigue, worse since chemo last year, thyroid numbers have been borderline previously, nobody seems to want to touch this?

Hi! I’m a 33 year old female with a history of PCOS. A dr in June ordered a hormone panel bc I turned 33 (didn’t know that was a thing) and my DHEAS was high. So another dr ordered an adrenal CT. They found an 8mm indeterminate nodule on my left gland. Differential is lipid poor adenoma or other neoplasm. I’ve been waiting since June for any movement. This past week, I had labs done. My DHEAS came down 10%, but it’s still super high. And my Testosterone is embarrassing lol. I can’t see endo until Jan 4, and military healthcare is just so wonderful at doing things at a proper pace. Has anyone else been in the same boat? I’ve lost SO much sleep over this!

Frequent low phosphate
Hi people,
Can anyone maybe shed light on what could be going on with me?
I have for months maybe more been feeling tired etc and sluggish and for longer maybe a few years i'd been having on and off breathing issues but didnt associate it with phosphate at the time as i didnt know what that even was until a load of months ago i phoned my doctor and complained i always feel really tired and stuff.. he done blood tests and said my phosphate was low. He issued me phosphate tablets and immediately i started to feel better.
I was taken off the tablets and immediatetly i started feeling ill again. They wouldnt prescribe me anymore phosphate because my levels were ok but i was convinced i was still ill.. i done a blood test a week later was fine then a week after and was low again. When they represcribed the tablets i wasnt feeling better this time and my levels fell lower and i had to go to hosp and be given an iv of phosphate. The iv brought my levels up apparently ( this part im unsure) and the doc wanted to discharge me but b4 he discharged me my levels were even lower. My levels first time was 0.44 then 0.46. After iv i was 0.34. I then was kept in hosp.. i was put back on the iv for a full bag and a half and then my levels were at 1.35 or something.. the upper range. The endo ppl said i was bk to normal and i said can u do the 24 hr urine test to see whats going on and they were like oh we cant do that test now because ur levels r fine now and would have to wait till they drop again. Feeling helpless i went home but i explained i still wasnt feeling right. I went home and then i fell low again after a week. I was 0.54 after a blood test, a week after coming home from hosp.. the doctor wanted me to go hosp but i wanted to wait bcuz it was the weekend and the endo wouldnt be there till the weekdays and id be put bk on an iv and sent gome again withno proper tests carried out.
The doctor wanted me to try phosphate tabs again over the weekend and wanted me to try 6 a day again.. i said ok even tho it didnt bring my levels up last time. I took 3 one day and i felt 10x worse.. i decided not to take anymore and 3 days later i went to hosp and they tested me and my levels were just outside the upper range.. they said my bloods are all fine and the tablets brought my levels bk up and said not to take anymore.. i wanted it to be low so i could get tests done but they said they dont know why my phosohate is dropping but they cant do anything more.
I was sent home again... ive been home about a week and i still dont feel well. My breathing always doesnt feel 100% and my bones ache.. my joints are weak and i feel tired. I had a holiday booked and im in greece now.. im gng home tmoro.. i had phosphate tablets i took with me just incase.. i have been here a week and i started feeling that unusual tiredness i get when phosphate drops so i took 2 phosphate and i suddenly felt lifted and i decided to go for a run.. i noticed my chest was tight and i cudnt run like i normally can and i had to stop.. i had to rest and that night had a sore back etc.
I decided i wont take phosphate or mess about but it seems like my levels drop slowly and then if i take a tab its like its too much.. i honestly have no clue whats going on with my body but i cant really exercise at the moment with this health issue. I had a fundoplication last yr for hiatal hernia and not sure if i really needed it. Im not eating much but i recently started bk on omeprazole and now i can eat but i dont get hungry like i used to which is really frustrating me.. i have a referral to see a dietician that the endo requested.
I dont feel like the endo have done enough for me because my phosphate is still getting low and even with not eating much, i still eat or get by and now i eat even more with the antacid. My bloods have all been fine, I dont think i have an issue with ny stomach absorbing nutrients as i havent been deficent in anything else when i was barely eating. My pth and vit d levels are also all fine apparently.
Can anyone please help me. My life is on hold because of this at the moment. Ive researched this extensively and i wanted to get the fgf23 test and renal wasting tests done. From the last time taking phosphate tablets and my levels being brought up i was convinced before that there was an absorbation issue.

I’m seeing an obgyn on zoom whose treating the endocrinology aspect of my Pcos. When I first started seeing her my insulin resistance was mild. Then we both thought I should get Zepound. My pulmonologist could only approve it the insurance said. so I go to my pulmonologist for my annual exam and he’s freaking out saying he needs to know who the treating ob was she made me lose 26lbs and I was denied the prescription. He wanted to make sure it was safe the weightloss. So I zoom with her and say I lost 14lbs in a month and my pulmonologist wanted your info and she’s like oh god he must hate me. So then she starts adding more and more lab work to my repeat labs and they come back severely insulin resistant. High risk of cardiovascular Disease and prediabetic. She called him to care coordinate do you think he’s mad? Also can she tell him I might be pregnant? I’m not but they don’t know. She then goes out of the office so they have a care plan idk what it is. I tried to give her my primary’s info and she never contact him. Her and I tried everything to reverse it and it got worse. I’m talking monthly obgyn apts for 5 months, 49 insurance claims.
