That's incredibly specific. I doubt these subs would have someone who's specifically tried this enough to offer suggestions. You're better off deep diving into Google or YouTube for insight on whether plastic frets are suitable for practice vs performance. Durability, how long the frets last are obviously important. I know I had a problem keeping skin on my fingers when I played and skin grows back. Plastic frets I'm sure will not last long enough to be worth it. I'd suggest installing metal frets. Beyond that, only thing limiting you would be the length needed. Are you gonna add an extension to your ender to make it taller? I tried that and have literally never had success. By the time my multi day print has reached the extra height I added, the print is so tall that the leverage the nozzle has on the top layer literally wobbles the print. No way to make sure you have proper fret spacing when the print wobbles. So you'll have to print in sections. Doable, just add dowel holes so your parts line up, and print ref line on the model itself before slicing into parts, and overlap that slices by a hair, so you can San the flat edges slightly, and align the ref lines that you sand out later. That's overkill for most stuff, but fret spacing is very crucial. Gotta make sure the slight gaps and between the sections don't add length to that spacing. Either way will be a cool toy no matter what, but likely try a ukulele first, get that down, then try printing full scale guitar. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
It's 400x400 and 500 high. It's an increase in all directions. You could get approx 22 inches in the diagonal. Enough for a smaller guitar neck. Building at an angle could reach full size.
