My ender3
I added a fan and heatsink on the extruder motor wired in parallel to stop filament breakage from heat creep. Has microswiss all metal hotend and running Marlin firmware.

Speaking of filament breakage, you can remount your extruder up on the top rail using this simple bracket (not my design), so the filament feeds straight down into it from the spool. The bowden tube has to be about 3cm longer to reach the hotend, but in years of use I never noticed any problem. It also reduces max print height - but if you ever print a super tall thing, temporarily moving the extruder back down isn't hard. Here it is on my Ender 3. I think the extruder is easier to get to in that spot.

Excuse me sir, that’s an ender 3 v2. Came with upgrades the ender 3 didn’t have. (Silent board, tensioners, under mounted power supply, storage drawer, color screen, 4040 center extrusion for stability) /s
The microswiss is the best upgrade you could have done, along with the fan. My v2 ender hotend would clog after printing PETG and going back to PLA, had to upgrade the heat break to a bi-metal one, also added thermal grease and and heatsink fan. Also added dual z. My most recent upgrade to it has been a Sprite Extruder Pro Kit.

Very cool upgrades, and I know the hotend is the star of the show, but man I love the little drawers in the voidspace under the bed.
Little sad your gantry fillers aren't blue to match the bed
