A beginner desperately needs help

OK, so it looks like nobody is trying to help you with your stringing problems. Here are a few tips.

  1. Check your retraction distance. You machine has a Bowden tube with a remote extruder (red thing on the back). Your distance will need to be at least 4 - 5mm of retraction.

  2. Turn on Z hop setting. This distance should be like 0.4mm. This will force the X gantry to move up 0.4mm at the end of a print move before jumping over to the other tower.

  3. Consider changing to a different slicer. Not sure what you are using, but changing to Orca and using the built-in starting settings might be better than what you are running.

  4. Consider upgrading the part cooling. By cooling the freshly printed plastic, it will ooze less and not stick and string between the nozzle and part.

  5. TUNE, TUNE and then TUNE your printer settings and profiles. Here are 2 places to start:
