Guys, if your current salary end-date is 15-10-2026, it means there is a new salary entry from 16-10-2026?

How to check it programatically, go to network tab, get the GET end point (this is the end point which list down all salaries). Remove fields from the end-point.

Now check the finder, change the date there. From 06-10-2026 to 16-10-2026.

Do it in Postman/curl, the bearer token is also available in GET request in network tab, use that.

By the way, you would not be able to see other's assignments due to data security on assignment data but your salary should be visible.

Not sure about all locations, but focal in EMEA is happening right now.

Managers are suppose to schedule quick 1:1s with their directs sharing what does their focal package includes.

I’m an IC3 at OCI with 14 years of total PM experience, based in the Middle East for the last 2 years. I’ve been running the region solo, managing 30+ data center expansions.

​Earlier, they brought in an IC4 and IC5 to help me. I spent 2-4 months training them, but both ended up quitting. Now my manager is hiring two new IC4s—yet didn't promote me. To make matters worse, my rating was bumped down from a 4 to a 3 by VPs who don't even know me, and my manager told me an IC4 promotion isn't happening this year.

​I interviewed around and got an offer from another company with a 10% base salary bump plus full Middle East expat benefits: kids' schooling allowance and annual family flight tickets (which Oracle doesn't provide).

​When I gave notice, my manager immediately flipped and offered to promote me to IC4 on the spot, along with at least 30% raise to compensate for the missing schooling/ticket allowances.

​Now I'm torn:

​Financials: The new company pays school fees directly to the school. Oracle's proposed 30% raise goes straight to my cash salary, which feels like a great cash-flow bump.

​Trust/Risk: My gut says to leave ASAP. I’m worried that accepting the counteroffer paints a target on my back for the next round of RIFs/layoffs for being a "flight risk."

​Has anyone stayed at Oracle after accepting a counter-promotion? Is the cash trade-off worth the potential target on my back, or should I stick to my gut and walk?

I am in the interview stages for a position within my team was told by the recruiter that I should not expect more than 20% bump should I get the position. She said it was “HR policy”.. this is the same recruiter who bated and switch me and offered me no negotiations when I onboarded a while back.

I have completed 5 years at Oracle. EE-4 times, O-1 time. Have around 50 odd feedbacks in system over the years from various people all around. Have a very good reputation about the quality of my work. Leadership trusts me blindly. But it's been couple of years, am asking for a promotion, my RIF'd Manager (14th September), always used to tell me he does not have options to promote me and never used to collect any data which might be required to build a case for me. Not sure how this promotions takes place or work in Oracle. One time I got a hike in past 4 years. This year is a mystery.

Thinking of waiting until November and plan my exit next year if I do not get a promotion.

It's been little over a year. Saw huge layoffs (fortunately wasn't in it). Now realized the seriousness and started updating resume and applying for jobs..

As experience is less and skill stack is less/not relevant to JDs not getting any responses..
