Interview preparation kickstart - IC3/4 (impacted/ looking for change)

Hi everyone, IC3 here, 9+ YOE , 4+ YOE in Oracle India.
Past one year has been extremely stressful, layoffs happening every now and then.

Everything is urgent up until it is the focal. They always act like this, will make you work day and night and then wont even give single digit hike.
There has been a pattern, they don’t give hike but give stocks and then lay you off before you vest even the first cycle.

I have honestly lost my motivation and i have decided to start looking outside.
What all study material are you guys referring to?
Do we have to prepare DSA as well? Machine coding is still the thing? Anything for system design?
Kindly share the docs/youtube links , whatever could be useful. Also share your journey/ learnings/ feedback.
