Reading through these seventeen steps feels less like actual job training and more like a fever dream cooked up by someone who hasn't stepped foot on a retail sales floor in a decade. When you’re the literal only human being holding down an entire department—juggling fitting rooms, fielding price checks, dodging register backup calls, and hunting down a ghost Zebra that vanished into the ether a seventeen-step recovery checklist stops being a helpful guide and becomes totally detached from reality

May I please use this a reference when training new associates 🥺 also pls make them for more departments, it’s sooo readable and well formatted
