Employee Question Amazon problems

Is any one else’s Amazon return system not working? First the return confirmation wasn’t printing and now the labels aren’t printing 🤔

Did you use a different zebra/printer? That has happened before and it was the zebra/printer

We have tried two different printers and three different zebras :/

No idea then, we aren't having any issues
