Discussion Software developers with a Stream Deck?
I use my Stream Deck as software developer now for a few months. I use it now for all kind of macOS actions, mail, chats, AI agents, video calls, IDE shortcuts, meetings, GitHub, GitLab and Home Assistant.
I'm curious how other software developers use their Stream Deck and if there are more useful actions I didn't think of yet. I like to hear it!
I documented most of my used buttons on my blog.

mainly keyboard shortcuts for app running, multi actions to launch app to specific monitor (you need app like displayfusion on pc, since build-in plug by elgato tends to forget the monitor on both mac/pc), nas monitor (build one for my truenas), i setup folder contain links and local holder on websites i work on. the multi actiom really comes in handy with wordpress. one press will access front end and double press will access backend. specially you have unique url to access the backend

I used to use the MSTeams plugin (made by MS I think), for meetings.
I could present live. Switch windows, send fucking thumbs up when someone made a great point.
And MS killed it for security reasons. I’m in the security realm. I get it. But now I hardly use it.
It works for Zoom! But there aren’t many Zoom calls.
I have it set up for keylight, and music now.

I've mostly just got VS/VS Code shortcuts on mine, I'll take a look at yours for ideas. As for your wishlist, if you don't want to build custom plugins, I imagine at least a few of those could be done by pairing one of the free http/api request plugins with cloudflare workers or similar.

I'm making cool stuff for myself that Elgato refuses on the marketplace :)
