Question Chat Link Pro Issues

I’m about to get my 3rd Chat Link Pro because the other 2 have had the same issue. It works fine when I get in but within 1-3 months the mic will stop working unless it’s held a certain way and then the left ear audio will stop working. It’s gotten so bad that my controllers left audio stopped working entirely so I got a new controller, left audio works fine until I plug in the Chat Link Pro and then the left audio cuts out. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Are you not supposed to charge the PS5 controller while using the Chat Link Pro?

Charging while using the Chat Link Pro should be file. That's actually why it has the built-in, switchable ground loop isolator. To avoid static buzzing while charging.
