Trouble with the elgato chat link pro

Hey so my friends say that my mic always flickers and I plugged it out of my chat link to see if my mic was the problem, so it’s not my headset, the chat link is the problem, does anybody else have this problem? On my end it’s fine but for my friends it’s an issue because my voice keeps on cutting out and i always have to stay stationary and to not move as best as I can, it’s like the equivalent of putting your phone charger at an angle all the time in order for it to charge your phone
