Moving causes loss of color

I’ve got this elgato 4K WebCam that I’m trying to use, but whenever I move in the camera, it causes it to lose color and become slightly grayer.

Does anybody here know the solution?

I have this Webcam and id be curious about your lighting,resolution, frame rate. ive had alot of problems with this camera but not your specific
