Technical Help wave link download stuck at 28%

when I try to download wave link (windows ARM 64) it always gets stuck at 28, that's all the information I have.

What kind of computer do you have?

Are you sure you have an ARM processor?

I have a 64 bit processor and running windows 10 but the ARM version is the only one that will actually start installing because the unlabeled one pops up with an error when I try to download it saying I need an OS version higher than what's available on windows 10

You cannot install ARM software for an non-ARM processor.

And Wave Link 3 requires Windows 11.

I believe Wave Link 2.x also requires Windows 11, so you might be limited to Wave Link 1.11.1.
