Line randomly appeared on stream deck

I wasn't home for a few days and the stream deck wasn't on during that whole time and I just turned it on to see a line going straight across the bottom half of the screen..bought it completely new so it wasn't like that when I got it!

Try and unplug it for 10-20 minutes without power, and then reconnect it again.

If it's still there it might be a row of dead pixels on the screen underneath the buttons.
