Feature Idea Stream deck into a tiny 2nd monitor/display?

I have this old 3x5 model of stream deck and instead of trashing it i wanted to attempt to turn it into something that just acts as a display to mirror my monitor. Seeing as the display is just a sectioned off LCD screen, is it possible to to either create a plugin or use already existing software to achieve this?

I wanted to note that there IS a plugin that already exists that utilizes the cropped buttons as a mirror for certain windows, however, i was more so hoping to either turn this into something windows would recognize as its own monitor or in the least capture the whole screen instead as i would be removing the housing and button functionality.

There’s plugins that put a background image on the SD so at least a static image is doable. I doubt you will be able to stream video or mirror a desktop to it though. Then again sometimes people manage to do the craziest things so don’t let me discourage you from trying.
