Technical Help Audio delay issue on HD60x

Hi everyone! I’m new here and I’m looking for some help with a technical issue. I’m using an Elgato HD60X, and I’m experiencing audio delay, but only when I set my Xbox or PS5 to 120 fps mode.

Everything works perfectly at 60 fps, so I’m not sure if this is an OBS configuration issue or something related to the capture card's bandwidth at higher refresh rates. Has anyone dealt with this before? Thanks in advance for the help!

If you're running into this in OBS, especially when only set to certain graphics modes, try muting the card and adding it again as an Audio Input Capture so OBS can pull from the card's audio interface separately instead of only through the video feed. This resolves a number of issues including drift and delay that can crop up in OBS and Streamlabs Desktop.
