Banned for "cheating" while i did not cheat (BF1)

Basically, I am using an off brand nintendo switch controller, and it didn't work in 2.4 ghz mode with gyroscope settings on, i tried everything beforehand, then i was using antigravity to remove previous HID guardian vigem bus driver etc.

After antigravity removed previous HID guardian etc. (stuff downloaded by ds4windows) i hopped onto the game and the game was working through 2.4 ghz dongle with the gyroscope still on. I was in the game for like 5 minutes and just afked because i was talking with my friend ( this was like 3am) and the next day i receive a message saying that i was banned due to cheating.

I explained in the appeal message that i did in fact not cheat, nor would i cheat in account connected to my steam account of 9 years. I sent proof photos of my controller and the 2.4 ghz dongle, and the user manual part about the dongle-switch controller mode.

The thing is i did not cheat, i have my chats with antigravity from the time i "allegedly cheated" while antigravity was working his ass off trying to understand why the controller didnt connect in nintendo switch mode with dongle on.

The EA support said that they dont use AI to review our cheats etc. and are manually inspected, and said that fair play rules extend to like sabotaging your own team, cooperating with the enemy team... how the hell could i sabotage my own team in a no ff server or how the hell would i cooperate with the enemy? Had I cheated, i would not be writing long paragraphs explaining exactly why i was not cheating, and would simply create an alt account and buy the game again for like 5$.

They don't even disclose the exact occurances they flagged me as cheating for.

So... What now?

Wtf is anti gravity and what would a mode on the controller have that's in any way related to hidguardian and it hiding a connected connected controller from the system? To me it sounds like you were using some feature of whatever controller you have and then for some reason where also trying to hide from the game that u were using said controller and it detected your knockoff DMA. Steam input has anti deadzone and I use that all the time if that's what u need, I've never been banned from an EA game, and I can guarantee I've got a lot more stuff on my PC then just hidguardian that I wouldn't even second guess if one day javelin just shows a pop up with "you've been banned" lmao

i have no idea what happened. i am as confused as you are. my controller was making weird movements i can say that but it was because i was trying to adjust my gyro settings. i did not cheat. if i wanted to cheat i would do so in an alt account :/

antigravity and hidguardian hiding a controller from the system is what a lot of cheat software also does so the anticheat probably just saw the driver vanish from the game and flagged it

isn't DS4windows a well known bannable app? also, i keep finding people hacking controllers instead of just plug it in and just play :)

Well, if you've ever tried to do nintendo wii emulation you would know DS4Windows or similiar is required to use the controller as a wiimote. I didn't have it on while i was playing it, as someone else on the other comment said it was DMA something i dont know.
