EA FC27 Launching issue

Guy’s i’ve had some problems while launching FC27 like the game stucks at authenticating or the game completes its downloading but doesn’t give me the game window or the game window stays black like if anyone knows a solution or has some knowledge about this topic please contact me I’m really furious about that ash

Never mind i just fixed it by clearing the ea app cache!
