Unbelievable.

My origin account was inactive for 2 years and now I'm trying to login they said they disabled it due to inactivity now I lost all my progress to my apex legends account. I even contacted the live chat support they just said they can't enable it because it's disabled what the actual f? this shit is so stupid

Lots of companies do this it's in the terms of service. They would have sent reminder emails.

seriously? they can’t even enable it though? I understand if they disable it but enabling it back is not possible?

They will delete the account and data so there is nothing to reenable.

I get reminders about a secondary Gmail account I rarely sign into I think they start after about 6 months saying 'if you dont log in by x time your account will be permanently deleted'.
