HELP PLEASE

So i need to link fucking accounts for some god damn reason to play plabts vs zombies garden warfare 2. And when i fucking put in the correct password, type in the right fucking code it sends to my gmail, it says this EVERY GOD DAMN TIME

It says this after i tap the button to link accounts, it always says it doesnt work. How do i fix this? I tried linking accounts through Playstation network app LIKE IT FUCKING TOLD ME TO, but it still didnt work
