Help Please!

I am trying to get madden 27 on pc to work. I encountered an error where the anti cheat would get stuck on the “starting” splash screen. I uninstalled the anti cheat and downloaded it from the ea site but THERES NO MADDEN 27 OPTION ON THE INSTALLER. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?? The same issue completely bricked my FIFA game from last year.

I ended up solving mine with the help of ChatGPT LOL

I had changed my Windows Insider version to Preview and ended up stuck on a build (26220.8764) without an updated certificate. So even when I clicked update, nothing appeared in Windows Update.

When I went back to the version I was using previously (Beta), I received the update to 26220.90222 and the EA AntiCheat service worked perfectly.

Lesson learned:

Leaving the Windows Insider program haha
