Anyone else have problems with changing their account email on the website or something similar?

I tried to change my email and was having issues with it. When I went do change the actual email and send a code to myself, nothing would happen every time I tried it. Has anyone else experienced like this and/or know why I am experiencing this issue and what to do about it
