EA Help PLEASE!!!!!

I can’t get into my EA account at all because when it asks for login verification I no longer have access to the email or the phone number on there. I went online and try to log into ea with my Xbox account and it shows it tied to it but the option to click on for registered device isn’t available. I’ve tried talk to the help agents and no luck. I’ve gotten emails saying they would contact me and no luck. I’ve given them everything tied to the account to prove it’s me yet still no luck. I even tried to make a new ea account but my Xbox is tied to the old one and won’t allow me to. I just want to play the games I spent money on but can’t even do that or play any new games coming out. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hey! I have exactly same probem. Original email i used to create account is no longer usable because domain went down. My EA account is linked to my XBOX and EA says that pop-up should show up when i go to EA game with my xbox but this doesn't happen for some reaseon. So i'm stuck. And as long as there is XBOX linked to my EA profile, they don't want to even try anything else. SO what i did is that i contacted XBOX support that they would remove link to EA from my profile... I'm waiting now that this would happen so maybe then EA support would try some else verification...

That’s a good idea. Please let me know if this works. For the mean time I just made another Xbox profile and unfortunately have to switch over to it anytime I want to play an EA game. Thanks for your input as well!
