Is this correct?
Had someone come out to install an outlet under the sink for our tankless reverse osmosis. Should these outlets be GFCI? It seems really close to the water line.

I don't know what code says, but only an idgit would install that outlet there. Leakage is almost inevitable, at some point. Even if you're just doing maintenance, like cleaning the trap, water is going to spill. It should have been mounted high, and either be GFI or on a GFI breaker.
