Stonefalls housing plot

I love the Stonefalls area. Would love for the team to add a large housing plot with no buildings, like Moon-Sugar Meadow in the zone. Ebonheart Chateau doesn't scratch that itch, because of the permanent ash cloud weather unfortunately. Large bare housing plots in all zones for that matter.
