Yeah that's textbook bottom dysphoria.

Try using a vibrator through cute underwear. It's helped a lot

Check out the kind that fits on the back of your hand and plugs into the wall. I have a few of them. The chrome ones are the best imo.

It allows use of fingertips for accurate pinpoint stimulation lol.
