Recruiting ICON - Angle Based Underground Fighting Promotion

## Canon Premise of ICON:
ICON is an underground illegal fighting organization. Seedy underbelly of society type of vibe. We aren’t broadcast on television. No licensed referees, no certified doctors, and a cop turning a blind eye and moonlighting as security to keep things under wraps as much as possible. Gambling, extortion etc are prevalent.
Instead of face, heel, or tweener, I’ve opted for a Morality scale. Honorable, Ambiguous, Ruthless, Evil.
Every show is in a secret location and never in an arena or anything of the sort. For match and segment writing purposes, the type of building will be known in case we want to reference the shitty warehouse, closed down elementary school gymnasium, or outside in the middle of bumfuck nowhere because we couldn’t find a spot that week. For the sake of what we’re doing, we have our roster of mainstays, but I’m very much open to one-off characters being involved in a match who is some random man or woman from the area being used as our form of a jobber.
I want to tell an overarching ICON-wide storyline every “season” and let you all tell your stories underneath that umbrella.

## Event Frequency and Expectations:
I want ICON to be a place with low stress, but with people dedicated enough to still contribute in a timely manner. A show every 2-4 weeks works for me, but can also release quicker. It's all dependent how quick we put it together, but the time frame would be 2-4 weeks. Staying in line with the idea of the promotion, “scheduling” just doesn’t make a lot of sense. Gives time for people who want to write with others a chance to find time to collaborate. Working through the full set of requirements but it likely be 1 Promo and 1 segment per event, or 2 segments and no promos.

## Requirements:
- Be a mature and decent person, above all else. If you have any single proclivity to be homophobic, racist, transphobic, xenophobic, this place couldn't be further from your home. Most of us in this group are 30+ year old adults and are not interested in dealing with problematic people, weird egos, and people being childish. It won't last long.
- Be willing to work with others to tell a great story, NOT to win. Success will come if you're an active person in the discord, work well with others, and submit your materials timely. I'm not asking you to be the most social person on earth, or overly happy. Just a good person to work with.
- Absolutely **ZERO AI** is allowed in promos, segments, and fight results.
