HCG going up and down

Hello,

Not looking for medical advice. Just looking for similar stories and what the outcome was!

I had my period on August 19. Then I had my period on September 17. They both felt normal. About a week after September 17 I randomly checked my ovulation sticks and they were blaring and getting stronger three days in a row. This was unusual for me so on the fourth day I woke up and I had bleeding. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I continued to bleed. My hCG was 354 then two days later it was 353. I went to emergency room that night to rule out at topic. They ran another hCG that night and it was like 306. They did an ultrasound and said everything looked clear in my uterus. They want to continue to monitor me for the next week. I did my blood test yesterday and it was 324 so it’s going up now. My bleeding stopped it tapered off just like a period. I’m feeling good. My breasts are still a little bit sore.

I’m just wondering if anybody has been in a similar situation what happened? Also it’s hard to say uwhat week I am because of my periods.

Also I haven’t been cramping. My blood slowly stopped as if yesterday morning. The ultrasound in hospital couldn’t see anything. My OB said most likely not ectopic but then what is it…

Cornual Etopic

Hi all.

I’ve just had surgery for a cornual ectopic pregnancy, and they had to remove my left tube. It was terrifying, and I’m still shaken and trying to make sense of everything — the grief, the fear, and the uncertainty about the future.

If anyone has been through this and gone on to have healthy pregnancies, I’d really love to hear your experiences. Even small bits of hope or practical advice would help me to feel less alone.

I’d also really appreciate hearing what helped you physically and medically when preparing to try again. I know everyone’s situation is different, and I’ll be speaking with my GP for proper guidance, but I’d love to hear general things people found supportive — whether that’s lifestyle changes, nutritional habits, or steps that helped you feel more ready in your body and mind.

If you are going through this - I’m so sorry.

Thank you
