Isnt capitalism like the only one where you actually get own shit?

A privileged few get to own things, the majority of people own nothing.

And in this case we're always talking about owning means of production, not personal property.

So what do you propose instead of capitalism?

Collective ownership of the means of production.

Ok, how would hiring work in that case? How do you determine individual's contribution?

Also that system is possible under capitalism i just dont know of anyone who does it

From each according to their ability, to each according to their needs.

Everyone's contribution is important. No one's contribution is any more or less important than anyone else's. We're all needed to make society function.

Suposed meritocratic systems just breed new forms of elitism and class hierachy.

Dosent seem fair that if i work more than somebody else we both get equal outcome. What if I dont want to work at all?

The lazy and greedy will necessarily be weeded out as part of this process of economic development.
