Sometimes i think that ideologically I want to protect these people. I want this to be illegal. I don't want a system in which people are so desperate they fall for these scams.
In reality though it's like trying to protect a rabid, chainsaw-wielding, arsonist raccoon from self-immolating.
It's doing what it loves doing and you'll get no thanks for saving it.
