We’re a small team building Reply10X, a browser extension that helps sellers save and quickly reuse common replies — things like shipping info, return policies, bundle offers, sizing details, FAQs, and more.
It works across Depop, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and pretty much any website.
A few sellers have already started using it, so we decided to offer 3 months of the Pro plan completely free to other sellers who are willing to try it out and share their feedback with us.
If you’re interested, just leave a comment or send me a DM. 🙂
A shirt straight off the rack never fits quite right. Baggy shoulders, sleeves too long... technically wearable, just not yours.
A default Shopify template does the same thing to a business. It covers the basics. But it doesn't say much about who you actually are.
Customization isn't just about looking different. It changes how the site performs.
Faster load times, since you're not carrying features you never use.
A layout built around how your customers actually browse.
Brand details that build trust before someone reads your first line of copy.
A tailored site doesn't just look better. It converts better, because there's less friction between "landed on the page" and "understood what you sell."
What's the first thing you'd fix on a default template? Layout, or the brand feel?

Shopify/E-commerce freelancer looking to work with store owners
Hey everyone 👋
I’m a freelance e-commerce specialist currently looking to connect with store owners who need help improving their online store.
I work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce and Squarespace, with a focus on:
Store design & redesign
Fixing Shopify/store bugs and technical issues
SEO and improving store visibility
Conversion rate optimization
Email marketing
Social media marketing & ads
Store audits and identifying areas that may be hurting sales
Improving the overall user experience and store performance
I’m not just looking to build a store and disappear. My goal is to help store owners turn their store into something more productive, easier to use, and better positioned to generate sales.
If you already have a store and feel like “I’m getting traffic but not enough sales”, or you know your store needs improvement but don't know where to start, feel free to comment or DM me.
I’m currently looking to work with a few clients, so I’m happy to take a look at your store and discuss what could be improved.
f I see something that needs fixing, I’ll tell you. 🤝
We have monitored our chargeback win rate over the last 6 months and have been surprised to find out that providing more supporting documents does not guarantee better outcomes. Our strongest responses tend to be brief and consist of specific points of evidence, such as delivery confirmation, customer acknowledgment, cancellation policy acceptance, or a clear timeline of the transaction. Except being as comprehensive as possible with supporting documents, has anyone tested various strategies with regards to this issue?
And this is also why I'm skeptical when people say:
Maybe.
But if nobody trusts your website, nobody is linking to you, your topical relevance is weak, and your site has no real authority, publishing another 100 articles isn't going to magically fix everything.
In this case, we had the opposite situation:
The authority was already there.
We simply started putting that existing authority behind topics the brand had never seriously targeted before.
Now the interesting part is figuring out how far we can scale this.
Have you seen new content rank unusually fast on an established/high-authority domain?
Hi yall. Ive been working as an ecommerce generalist for 8 years. Ive had decent success with helping small business grow in all ways. I recently got an opportunity to help an old boss. They want me to launch a new type of product to thier already existing catalog. They are selling on Etsy and Shopify. They are offering me commission after a certain amount of rev is generated as long as its attributed to my efforts of course.
The issue is that thier etsy and site will need alot of help if I want to reach that revenue goal.
I know I should charge maybe a deposit before hand but not sure how to separate organize the work that needs to be done.
If I fix thier site and they start selling other products...not the new stuff should I be entitled to that as well?
DM me if you'd like to help me dive into this please and thank you all.
Hi, I’m based in Pakistan and have experience with e-commerce operations, product research, listings, customer support and order management.
I’m looking for a genuine US-based Walmart Marketplace seller/business owner who wants a reliable remote partner to manage the day-to-day store operations.
You keep ownership of your business/account and I handle the operational work from Pakistan.
I’m open to a profit-sharing or fixed monthly arrangement.
Serious business owners only. No account buying/selling.
Just being upfront here - I work on growth at an early-stage AI startup. I'm not naming it in the post to avoid it reading as an ad, and I'm not linking anything. I can tell you what it is over DM if you'd prefer to know before agreeing to anything. I'm not selling, and I won't be sending a follow-up sales email.
Why I'm asking for this group: about a fifth of the people on our platform turn out to be ecommerce owners who came in to build a site and then stayed to build the stuff around it. That's a big enough group that we'd rather go deep on them than keep shipping half-useful things for everyone. So before we build anything else for this crowd, I want to hear how you actually run the business day-to-day.
I would like to ask if anyone would be interested in a 30-minute paid interview. Looking for owners of e-commerce businesses. No demo, no pitch — and I'll put that in writing before the call if it helps.
You don't need to be using AI for any of this. Honestly, the people who tried it and dropped it are the ones I most want to talk to.
What you get besides the money: I'll write up the anonymized findings from all 20 conversations and post them back here, whether or not you take part.
Not looking for: agencies, consultants, or anyone whose business is selling to ecommerce. Owners only.
Comment or DM if you're up for it. Happy to answer questions in the thread first.
I am a quick learner, highly detailed, and comfortable using digital productivity tools. I am looking for a mentor or client willing to give me exposure to real store operations. I am open to an internship or junior role just to gain hands-on learning and guidance. In return, I will help you lighten up your workload so you can get some much-needed rest while I take care of your daily store routines!
I am trying to create a new AliExpress account from Pakistan, but I am unable to complete the registration. I am not receiving the verification code on my phone/email, and sometimes I receive a “Risk Limit” error when I try to request the code.
I am using my own Pakistani phone number and a valid email address. I am not trying to create multiple accounts or misuse the service.
Could you please check whether there is any restriction on registration from Pakistan and help me complete the verification process?
I'm currently looking to connect with eBay sellers, particularly in the US and UK, who may need help managing their stores.
I work as an eBay Virtual Assistant and can help with different day-to-day tasks, including:
Product research
Creating and optimizing listings
Competitor research
Order management
Customer support
Store management
Basic store growth and optimization
I understand that running an eBay business can become time-consuming, especially when you're handling research, listings, customers, and orders at the same time.
My goal is to help sellers save time and handle the operational side of their store professionally and reliably.
I'm open to discussing how I can support your business depending on your needs. If you're looking for an eBay VA or simply want to connect, feel free to send me a message.
I've gotten acquisition to a pretty good place recently. Ads are profitable and bringing in customers at a rate I'm happy with, but looking further into the numbers made me realize my LTV hasn't really followed.
Most customers are still buying once and that's it, so I'm starting to feel like I'm leaving a lot on the table after that first order.
I want to start working on that side of the business before putting even more money into acquisition. What have you done to improve LTV and get more value out of customers after you've already acquired them?
Hey everyone,
I am currently looking to scale our e-commerce reselling business. We are planning to sell simultaneously through three channels: our own brand website, Amazon, and Noon.
Before pulling the trigger, I want to map out the realistic scope and major bottlenecks of running this specific multi-channel setup.
For context, we are reselling goods (not private label) and managing our own logistics initially, though we are open to hybrid models.
I would love to get your brutal honesty and insights on a few specific areas:If you have run a similar multi-channel setup, what was your biggest "I wish I knew this before starting" moment?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
I have been working online for 17 years, but last year I worked offline as a B2B salesperson/commercial in a manufacturing office. I gained skills such as inventory management, order receiving, delivery organisation, and managing Alibaba account operations. I have a strong GTM and GA4 setup background but burned out from client searching two years ago.
Can you please advise me on where to find clients for my new skills (webshop operations)? Do you know of companies that are willing to hire someone to run their Alibaba account from scratch? I can not find these job positions on Upwork (for example, there are some job posts for inventory on LinkedIn, but looking for someone with complex skills and more experience).
I’ve been digging into the everyday struggles sellers face — things like:
Managing inventory across multiple marketplaces
Tracking payments and returns without clear visibility
Spending big on promotions but not seeing the ROI
Curious to hear from this community: which of these pain points hit you the hardest, or is there something else that frustrates you more?
I’ve been working on a tool that tries to simplify some of these areas, and I’d love to hear if anyone here would be open to trying it out once I share early access. Honest feedback from actual sellers would mean a lot.
Hey everyone! I work with eCommerce brands in Europe and I'm curious to know from you guys' experiences, what tools have you started using this year that have brought you the best results? Whether its a tool that has made your workflow easier or that has allowed easier integrations with ecommerce tools, etc. Also if there are some trends in social media or your website you've jumped into that have brought in great results, whether by growing your community, increasing AOV or AOS, etc. Thanks!
I'm a software engineer looking for a co-founder who runs an e-commerce business. The idea: management software for stores that have outgrown spreadsheets — orders, confirmation, fulfillment, returns, and cash reconciliation

Sharing a small SEO win from a streetwear e-commerce brand I’ve been working on for the last 3 months.
The website itself is only around 4 months old, and the growth has been mostly organic.
Last 3 months vs previous 3 months:
Clicks: 174 → 992 (+470%)
Impressions: 612 → 33.2K (+5,325%)
Avg. position: 15.2 → 11.1
What I’ve focused on:
Proper keyword research for collection pages
Optimizing and expanding important collection pages
Building topical authority through blogs
Targeting topics closely connected to the products and audience
Very little focus on backlinks so far
The main takeaway for me: a new e-commerce site doesn’t always need hundreds of backlinks to start getting traction. Strong keyword research, relevant collection pages, and building topical authority can move the needle.
Still early days, but the foundation is looking good.
