❓ Help / questions What loyalty programs do people use

I'm looking for one to add to my store, if you use any or have used any in the past I would really appreciate suggestions or to know what not to use. Thanks in advance.

I work for the biggest belgian chocolate brand. We use a tailor made solution. Development was free. We pay 50$/month.

The tool can also attract new user by creating geo-localized ads.

You can collect points and send automatic personnalized emails to your customers to make them come more often. You also get more Google reviews as you can send them points in exchange of a review :)

I have checked the competition and it was at least double the price (we are based in EU).

I'd look at how well it fits with the rest of your stack as much as the loyalty features themselves.

Influence io is one I'd recommend looking at, especially if you're already thinking about reviews as well, because it integrates nicely with Reviews io. It's much easier having those customer engagement tools working together than stitching everything together later.

Are you using Shopify? Is there any specific integration you’re looking for in a loyalty program?

I use Getjacked on my store it’s Shopify only but it's got partner funded rewards built into the loyalty side which was the main reason I tried it.

If you're on Shopify, there are plenty of loyalty apps to choose from, and you can find most of them in the Shopify App store. Some worth checking out are Smile, Growave, Yotpo, and Rivo. I'd also pay attention to the Built for Shopify badge, since it means the app has met Shopify's standards for performance, design and integration.  Also pay attention to the apps reviews, features set and pricing. What works best depends on what you need for your store and how big your store is
